Citrus Vinaigrette

Citrus vinaigrette stored in a mason jar.

This Citrus Vinaigrette is a wonderful addition to any salad. It’s so simple to make, you’ll probably have all of the ingredients in your kitchen. This recipe is a great base as is, or you can add sautéed shallots (and blend to combine), fresh herbs, dijon mustard, maple syrup, or raw honey, the options are endless. The orange adds a wonderful element of natural sweetness, and the Essential Salt seasons it to perfection.

This Citrus Vinaigrette can be drizzled on salads or roasted vegetables. I avoid egg or mayo-based salad dressings, so I love to have great go-to recipes for my salads. When meal prepping I like to prep 2-3 vinaigrettes or dressings to give me options throughout the week and this recipe is a staple.
